24 designers collaboration «Birds on plates» is a collection of patterns and illustrations for kitchen utensils: dishes and towels. The authors, who are specialists in seamless patterns, graphic design, illustration, textile printing gathered for a task: to draw there own view of bird and matching pattern.
Bird is a symbol of the soul as well as the transformation of a person. The image of a bird is associated with spiritual manifestations. The bird is also an element of any folklore, it gives a cozy atmosphere to the house.
Technical requirements: illustration in any style, fits well on a plate, the pattern should be combined with illustration. The images must be a set for commercial use on tableware and kitchen textiles. Base colors are black, white, brown, red, with the addition of blue and cold greens.
